Creating a course on AlternateSkill is a straightforward process designed to help you share your expertise with learners worldwide. Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Log In to Your Account
    Access your Dashboard by logging in with your email and password.

  2. Create a New Course
    Click the Add A New Course button on your dashboard. This will open a new course creation form. (If you are on mobile devices, the button is a Pen Icon)

  3. Add Course Details
    Fill in the following fields:

    • Title: Choose a clear and descriptive title for your course.

    • Description: Write a compelling description that explains what students will learn and why they should take your course.

    • Category: Select the appropriate category (e.g., Web Development, Graphic Design).

    • Difficulty Level: Choose between Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced.

  4. Upload Course Content
    Add the following types of content to your course:

    • Video Tutorials: Upload or link to video content.

    • Quizzes: Create multiple-choice or short-answer quizzes to test students’ knowledge.

    • Resources: Provide downloadable PDFs, cheat sheets, or code samples.

    • Assignments: Include practical tasks for students to complete.

  5. Submit for Review
    Once your course is complete, click the Submit for Review button. Our team will review your course and notify you of the approval status within [X] business days.

    Access your Instructor Dashboard and locate the course you want to update.

  2. Edit the Course
    Click the Edit button next to the course title. This will allow you to make changes to the content, structure, or details.

  3. Submit for Review
    Once you’ve made the necessary updates, click Submit for Review. Our team will review the changes and approve the updated course.

Select the fields to be shown. Others will be hidden. Drag and drop to rearrange the order.
